Terms of use

Definitions

“InspectorReady”, “the app”, “the service” — the temperature-log product at inspectorready.app.

“Kitchen” — one kitchen this product is built for. Price is per month.

“Reading” — a temperature (or checklist) entry with a person and a time.

“Archive” — the history of readings for your site.

“Waitlist” — the early-access list on this website. Joining it is not a paid contract.

The service

InspectorReady is a log. Staff record fridge, freezer and hot-hold temperatures and opening/closing checks on a phone. The owner can export a PDF. It is not a sensor network, not 24/7 monitoring, and not legal advice.

You are still responsible for food safety in your kitchen. The app records what someone typed. It does not replace a probe, training, or the law.

Early access

Leaving an email asks me to set your site up. I will write when it is ready, usually within a few days. That is not a guarantee of a date, and it is not a paid order.

Payment is not taken on this page. Paddle is not live yet. When billing starts, the price on the homepage applies unless we agreed something else in writing.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must be allowed to act for the site you register. Do not put other people’s personal data in the log unless they work that shift. Do not try to break, scrape or overload the service.

I can suspend an account that is abused or that puts other customers at risk. I will say so by email where I can.

Archive

Readings stay in the archive for 3 years, and remain available while your subscription is active. Cancel, and access follows the refund policy.

Liability

The app is provided as a log. I am not liable for a missed inspection, a fine, or spoiled stock because a reading was not taken, was taken late, or was typed wrong. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow me to limit.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, which is the market the product is built for. That does not take away consumer rights you have in your own country.
