Refund policy

Early access is an email list. You are not billed when you join. There is nothing to refund until a paid subscription starts.

When billing is live

Price is £15 per month. The first 50 sites pay £5 per month for each of the first three months, then £12 per month, locked while they stay subscribed.

It is a monthly subscription, not a three-month prepaid pack. You can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period already paid. I do not prorate unused days, except where the law says I must.

If something is broken

If the service is down in a way that stops you logging or exporting for a full paid month, email [email protected] and I will refund that month.

Payments, when they start, will go through Paddle. Their checkout and refund tools apply as well as this policy.

Consumers

If you buy as a consumer (not as a business), the cooling-off rules that apply in your country still apply. Say so in the email and I will follow them.
